Some practical information

Vacation home Remersdaal can be rented for a maximum of 8 persons.

• Arrival between 16:00 & 19:00
• Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
• Sorry, pets are not allowed at this property.
• Smoking is only permitted outside on the patio. Strictly no smoking inside the house.
• Special requests can be arranged. (ex. 1 night or longer periods)

Rental prices

Rental prices include booking fees, final cleaning, heating,
electricity (muv charging station electric car), water, bed and bath linen. The
energy consumption is subject to a reasonable maximum. Excessive consumption can be calculated
and deducted from the deposit. Rental prices can be adjusted by the landlord at
any time, except for already agreed
reservations.
Extra to pay: tourist tax 1 € per night per person (this will be deducted from the
deposit) and electric car charging fees.

Security deposit

The deposit fee is €400. The deposit is € 400 and is paid at the time of payment of the rent. Any damage or other deficiencies caused by the tenant or fellow users will be deducted from the security deposit after the rental period. The deposit will be transferred back to your account within 14 days of departure, subject to
possible account of the above. Charges for cars, other shortcomings and tourist tax are deducted from the deposit.

Terms of payment

Terms of payment: 50% upon reservation and 50% (and the deposit) thirty days before arrival by payment by bank transfer.
