(ex. 1 night or longer periods)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rental prices<\/h4>\n\n<p>Rental prices include booking fees, final cleaning, heating,<br\/>electricity (muv charging station electric car), water, bed and bath linen.\nThe<br\/>energy consumption is subject to a reasonable maximum.\nExcessive consumption can be calculated<br\/>and deducted from the deposit.\nRental prices can be adjusted by the landlord at<br\/>any time, except for already agreed<br\/>reservations.   <br\/><em>Extra to pay<\/em>: tourist tax 1 \u20ac per night per person (this will be deducted from the<br\/>deposit) and electric car charging fees.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Security deposit<\/h4>\n\n<p>The deposit fee is \u20ac400. The deposit is \u20ac 400 and is paid at the time of payment of the rent. Any damage or other deficiencies caused by the tenant or fellow users will be deducted from the security deposit after the rental period. The deposit will be transferred back to your account within 14 days of departure, subject to<br\/>possible account of the above.
